before submitting any registration, application,
contribution, membership payment or donation.

Registration Charges
Registration, application processing and service
charges are generally non-refundable once an
application has been successfully submitted.

Duplicate Payment
If the same payment is deducted more than once for
the same application or transaction, the duplicate
amount may be refunded after verification of the
payment records.

Failed or Pending Transactions
For failed or pending transactions, users should
first verify the payment status with their bank or
payment service provider before making another
payment.

Refund Request
A refund request must include the applicant's name,
application number, transaction ID, payment date,
amount, registered mobile number and valid payment
proof.

Refund Review and Processing
Valid refund requests will normally be reviewed
within 3 to 5 working days.
If approved, the refund may take
7 to 15 working days to reflect
in the original payment method, depending on the
bank or payment service provider.

Donations and Contributions
Voluntary donations and contributions are generally
non-refundable. However, duplicate or unauthorised
transactions may be reviewed after verification
with the concerned bank or payment service provider.

विवाह सहायता लाभ (Marriage Support Benefit)
संस्था से जुड़ने के बाद लाभार्थी के विवाह के समय
संस्था द्वारा स्वीकृत सहायता नकद रिफंड के रूप में
नहीं दी जाएगी। यह सहायता संस्था की योजना, पात्रता,
सत्यापन एवं उपलब्ध संसाधनों के अनुसार उपहार,
आवश्यक सामग्री अथवा विदाई सामग्री के रूप में
प्रदान की जा सकती है।

Cancellation Request Timeline
Applicants may submit a cancellation request within
24 hours of successful payment or
before the application verification or processing
begins, whichever occurs earlier.

Cancellation After Processing
Once an application has been verified, approved,
processed or any administrative service has been
initiated, the cancellation request may not be
accepted. Cancellation of an application does not
automatically make the applicant eligible for a
refund.

Cancellation by the Foundation
The Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reject
any registration, application or membership if false
information, forged documents, duplicate applications,
fraudulent activity or violation of the Foundation's
policies is detected. Payments may remain
non-refundable in such cases.

Cancellation Request Procedure
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
through the Foundation's official contact channel.
The request must include the applicant's name,
application number, registered mobile number,
transaction ID, reason for cancellation and
supporting documents, where applicable.

Cancellation Review Timeline
A valid cancellation request will normally be reviewed
within 3 to 5 working days. The final
decision will be communicated through the applicant's
registered mobile number, email address or other
official communication channel.

Final Decision
All refund and cancellation requests are subject to
verification, eligibility requirements and the
Foundation's applicable policies. The Foundation's
decision will be final, subject to applicable law.
