Applications containing false, incomplete or misleading information may be rejected or cancelled without prior notice.
The Foundation reserves the right to update, suspend, modify or discontinue any scheme, service or website feature when required.
संस्था में सदस्यता के समय लाभार्थी बालिका की आयु 15 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। संस्था से जुड़ने के पश्चात योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने हेतु लाभार्थी की आयु 18 वर्ष पूर्ण होना अनिवार्य है।
संस्था से जुड़ने के लिए एक निर्धारित डोनेशन राशि देना अनिवार्य है, जो संस्था द्वारा तय की जाती है और वेबसाइट पर भी उपलब्ध रहती है। सदस्यता फॉर्म भरते समय यह निर्धारित राशि ऑनलाइन जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा, अन्यथा फॉर्म रद्द कर दिया जाएगा। सदस्यता के पश्चात प्रतिमाह अथवा प्रतिवर्ष निर्धारित अनुदान देना भी अनिवार्य होगा।
संस्था से जुड़ने वाले सभी बच्चों को शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य एवं विवाह जैसे विषयों में संस्था द्वारा आवश्यक सहयोग प्रदान किया जाएगा।

Information may be used for application processing, verification, communication, payment confirmation, record maintenance and delivery of Foundation services.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Personal information is not sold or rented. Information may only be shared with authorised service providers, payment processors or government authorities when legally required.
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. The Foundation does not store complete card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
Registration, application processing and service charges are generally non-refundable once an application has been successfully submitted.
If the same payment is deducted more than once for the same application or transaction, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification of the payment records.
For failed or pending transactions, users should first verify the payment status with their bank or payment service provider before making another payment.
A refund request must include the applicant's name, application number, transaction ID, payment date, amount, registered mobile number and valid payment proof.
Valid refund requests will normally be reviewed within 3 to 5 working days. If approved, the refund may take 7 to 15 working days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
Voluntary donations and contributions are generally non-refundable. However, duplicate or unauthorised transactions may be reviewed after verification with the concerned bank or payment service provider.
संस्था से जुड़ने के बाद लाभार्थी के विवाह के समय संस्था द्वारा स्वीकृत सहायता नकद रिफंड के रूप में नहीं दी जाएगी। यह सहायता संस्था की योजना, पात्रता, सत्यापन एवं उपलब्ध संसाधनों के अनुसार उपहार, आवश्यक सामग्री अथवा विदाई सामग्री के रूप में प्रदान की जा सकती है।
Applicants may submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of successful payment or before the application verification or processing begins, whichever occurs earlier.
Once an application has been verified, approved, processed or any administrative service has been initiated, the cancellation request may not be accepted. Cancellation of an application does not automatically make the applicant eligible for a refund.
The Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reject any registration, application or membership if false information, forged documents, duplicate applications, fraudulent activity or violation of the Foundation's policies is detected. Payments may remain non-refundable in such cases.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the Foundation's official contact channel. The request must include the applicant's name, application number, registered mobile number, transaction ID, reason for cancellation and supporting documents, where applicable.
A valid cancellation request will normally be reviewed within 3 to 5 working days. The final decision will be communicated through the applicant's registered mobile number, email address or other official communication channel.
All refund and cancellation requests are subject to verification, eligibility requirements and the Foundation's applicable policies. The Foundation's decision will be final, subject to applicable law.
